Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, provide timely updates, handle follow-ups, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers and address their queries.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding orders, feedback, and service-related issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Track customer orders, provide real-time updates, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service coordination.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) for smooth execution of services.
  • Generate basic reports related to customer follow-ups and feedback.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or telecalling role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software is preferred.
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
