Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the dealer network in the assigned area.
Visit the field regularly to identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
Promote and present the company profile and product range, including
WPC doors and door frames
, to dealers, architects, and contractors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors’ activities.
Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team for order processing and follow-ups.
Prepare regular field visit and sales reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
Willingness to work extensively in the field.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of building materials (WPC/doors/interior products) is preferred.
Ability to build and maintain long-term dealer relationships.
